Description:

The infeed of the 2500 is equipped with a mechanical orientation and can be attached to an accumulator, a loader or a combination of both. A candling booth is standard on this system. From the start of the machine until the package, all eggs are handled separately without risk of cracks caused by colliding eggs.This concept is world-famous by the name of "individual egg handling".

The automatic packing lanes start with a denester and pin conveyor. This combination has proved to be the most reliable and versatile system for many years.The control system of the packing lane is amazingly simple. The packing lane movements are stored on an exchangeable metal disk — easy to understand and easy to modify. Also new packages that will become available in the future are easily implemented by means of this system.

In addition to the automatic packing lanes, manual packing lanes can be used for any grades that occur less frequently. Both manual and automatic packing lanes can process the machines entire output. Unless you have logistic reasons to do so, there is no need to program multiple packing lanes for one grade. Automatic packing lanes always come in units of 2, while manual packers come in units of 4. The maximum machine configuration fits 12 outputs, for instance 8 automatic lanes (4 units of 2) and 4 manual lanes (-1 unit of 4).The automatic packing lanes offer room for third party equipment such as labeling. The control system is based on an industrial PLC system. The few settings that are required to operate this machine (only weight and grading settings) can be adjusted by means of a few clicks on a simple, user-friendly touch screen. If you wish to store and/or print count results, this can be accomplished by connecting any PC and printer with Windows®. You can import the data via, for example, Excel. Without this extra feature, counting results are available via the touch screen of the machine.
